Tiko is looking for a legal partner that is able to advise and support Tiko as needed. We are looking for a partner that is able to offer the following services:

• Review the adequacy of contracts, memorandums of understanding and code of conduct document, HR Policies to support Tiko activities. These include review of the documents governing Tiko obligations and relationships with all suppliers of goods and services
• Review Tiko operations with a view of identifying legal risk exposure. The review should at a minimum be based on review of Tiko and its actor compliance with the most recent legislation in place in relation to Health regulations, Child protection acts,and local data protection acts applicable.
• Representation in court with respect to any civil litigation or criminal investigation and/or prosecution that may arise in the course of Tiko’s operations.
• Evaluation, advice and support with legal incidents when they occur.
• Formulation of legal assessments or opinions and advice on legal action requirements based on these opinions.
• Ensuring that Tiko is compliant with all relevant local laws and regulations.

Deliverables

Expert legal advice and timely and high-quality support on an ad hoc basis.
