The position entails Planning, organization, and directing the organization’s operations and programs.The job holder will provide strategic direction to the organization while leading a professional and support staff team to achieve the Strategic goals. The job holder will report to the
ICJ Kenya Governing Council and work with funding partners, government and other civil society actors to ensure that ICJ Kenya’s revenues grow and remain relevant, credible, and financially stable, achieving the Vision and mission while retaining a competent and motivated team to deliver results.
