Academic qualification and experience:
- An LL.B from a reputable University.
- A Post Graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law.
- Must be a certified Company Secretary.
- Must be qualified as a Commissioner for Oath and Notary public.
- Minimum 5 years’ post-admission experience in a busy corporate commercial law-firm.
- Analytical skills and a good sense of urgency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent leadership skills;
- Excellent marketing skills.
