F.M. Muteti & Co. Advocates is seeking to hire an experienced and highly-motivated Advocate who can effectively handle commercial and litigation matters in the firm.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handling of civil and criminal litigation matters;
2. Negotiating, drafting and reviewing commercial contracts as well as issuing corporate advisories to clients.

Key Qualifications & Competencies

1. Minimum of two (2) years post-admission experience working in busy law firm preferably in Litigation and Commercial Departments;
2. Practicing Certificates for 2022 & 2023;
3. Ability to handle voluminous documents and files; and
4. Excellent critical and analytical thinking.
