Reporting to the Senior Manager Approvals, Analysis and Issuer Governance, the selected candidate will be responsible for;

1. Conducting fit and proper assessments for key personnel of market intermediaries;
2. Carrying out preliminary review of applications for the issue of Debt and Equity securities such as corporate bonds;
3. Carrying out preliminary review of license applications;
4. Conducting research and preparing legal briefs and opinions;
5. Providing logistical support to the licensing and approvals section; and
6. Undertake other assignments as assigned from time to time.

Minimum Requirements

A continuing student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Laws or Kenya School of Law student
